When booking an African safari tour, it is imperative to remember that some of the camps and lodges in the countries of Southern Africa are tiny, often with only 4 to 16 rooms. This fact necessitates early booking to ensure your primary choices are available. Reviewing our website's Travel Tips and Advice section is a good idea.
It is generally the recommended booking time if you want to ensure all first choices are available and the logistics of your trip can be pre-planned with meticulous detail.
Not as ideal as booking more than a year in advance, but most of the establishments in cities should still have availability; your primary lodge choices might not be available. Still, it should be possible to reserve suitable alternatives.
Though not ideal, creating an itinerary that flows well and includes acceptable properties will be possible; it is rarely the first choice, but the package will work well.
Don't expect miracles, but we will do our best to assist with accommodation choices that we feel are not inadequate. If this is not possible, we would ask you to postpone to a later date.
