Location & Setting

The camp is surrounded by tall trees, close to the Omuramba Ovambo dry riverbed, a secluded and intimate setting ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with nature. Onguma Forest Camp is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Etosha National Park's eastern gate. The camp offers distinctive and fashionable lodgings. It is easily accessible from a local airstrip with light charter flights from Windhoek.

Rooms

Eleven bungalows are built on wooden decks with breathtaking views of the surrounding bush. There are four free-standing heritage bungalows with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Three bush suites with two bedrooms each are ideal for families. The camp also offers three secluded and private explorer bungalows and a honeymoon bungalow.

Facilities

Onguma Forest Camp features high thatched ceilings and a substantial wine cellar to complement delectable meals served in the dining room or outside. Central areas walk out onto an elevated viewing deck with extensive views. A verdant forest surrounds the sparkling pool, and there is a bar area where guests can relax after safari activities.
