Location & Setting
Located at the foot of the Brandberg in Damaraland, the lodge sits within a rugged landscape of granite outcrops and dry riverbeds. Self-drivers can reach it in roughly three hours from Swakopmund and about four and a half hours from Windhoek, making it a practical stop on a classic Namibia loop. From this base, guests explore the Ugab River corridor, the Brandberg’s ancient rock art, and wide desert plains. Clear, dry air and minimal light pollution deliver superb night skies and a strong sense of remoteness.
