Location & Setting

Sanctuary Stanleys enjoys a prime position within a pristine ecosystem in a private concession that borders the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana's Okavango Delta. The region's natural wonders undergo seasonal changes, transforming from barren to lush and green when rainfall in the Angolan highlands reaches the sands of the Kalahari via the Okavango River.

Rooms

The camp offers ten traditional safari-style tents furnished with African antiques and exuding a classic and understated elegance. Guests will discover a delightful fusion of rustic charm and contemporary convenience inside the tents. The en-suite bathrooms have double vanities, flush toilets, and indoor and outdoor showers. Each tent has a sizeable wooden deck with a hammock - a secluded spot to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty of the Okavango.

Facilities

Central areas are elevated on an expansive deck where you can enjoy sundowners while looking for animals on the floodplain and birds in the towering sausage and ebony trees in camp. The main areas consist of indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas. The pool is a welcome oasis on warm summer days.
