Little Kulala is a luxury desert lodge in the 37 000 hectare Kulala Wilderness Reserve in the Namib Desert. It is situated some 17km (10.6 miles) from Sesriem and close to the home of the world's tallest dunes. The breathtaking isolation of the desert with its endless stretch of clear night sky, along with the unique design of the thatched chalets, will please the discerning traveler enjoying a luxury African safari.
The 11 chalets at Little Kulala feature climate-controlled rooms with unrestricted views of the open desert landscape. Each chalet has a private plunge pool, en suite bathroom, outdoor shower and an upstairs open terrace, where the more adventurous can sleep under the stars. The entertainment area consists of a library, lounge, dining areas and wine cellar. The sparkling communal pool is shaded from the desert by a wall of reeds.
