The Victoria Falls Hotel is an iconic, five-star heritage hotel—often referred to as "The Grand Old Lady of the Falls"—that has commanded a prime location overlooking the dramatic Batoka Gorge since 1904. It was originally built to accommodate passengers of the newly completed railway line. Originally built to house workers for the Cape-to-Cairo railway, the hotel exudes authentic Edwardian elegance and historical charm.

Established in 1904 inside Victoria Falls National Park, the property overlooks the Victoria Falls Bridge and Batoka Gorge.

Architecture reflects an Edwardian style, with archways, corridors, and extensive wood paneling—a colonial flavor that will add a dimension to your holiday at Victoria Falls. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and central lounges. The outside is a beautiful place to relax and view the spray cloud of Victoria Falls.
