Riaan's Review

Mala Mala is the finest private safari reserve in South Africa if the quality of game viewing is your most important concern. This private reserve is synonymous with eco-tourism in South Africa. The reserve is almost twice as large as the second largest private Big Five reserve in the greater Kruger National Park. The camp is very well-managed and offers fine accommodation. The rangers at Mala Mala Main Camp are all university-qualified. On the occasions when I have been to Mala Mala, I have had remarkable sightings. One that stands out is a leopard cub stalking a steenbok for over twenty minutes.
