Location & Setting

Madikwe Hills is set among ancient boulders in the Madikwe Game Reserve, South Africa’s fifth-largest game reserve, spanning over 75,000 hectares of pristine wilderness. This malaria-free region is located in the North West Province, about a four-and-a-half-hour drive from Johannesburg, and offers exceptional Big Five viewing along with sightings of rare species like African wild dogs and cheetahs.

The lodge accommodates up to twenty guests in ten spacious, glass-fronted suites that blend natural elegance with modern comfort. Each suite features a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding bush.
