Submit your request via our website with timing, trip length, party size, rooming, interests, areas, and preferred accommodation level/type.

Questions and clarification

We evaluate your request. A consultant may ask for additional information to ensure we have the details needed to compile the first itinerary.

Initial proposal

Normally within one working day of receiving answers, we compile a detailed tailor-made itinerary with costs. This forms the basis for refinements.

Communication, refinement, and final proposal

We discuss changes and questions, update proposals, and iterate until you’re happy with the package.

Booking

Once you’re ready to book, we confirm services with suppliers and send a reservation document. A deposit secures the trip; the balance is due 45 days before arrival.

Arrival and service

On arrival you’re met for a well-planned adventure. Private tours are fully escorted; for safari/honeymoon packages, a representative assists with logistics.

When is the best time to visit for my goals (Big Five, whale watching, wildflowers), and how far in advance should I book?

For Big Five safaris, May–September offers prime viewing. Whale watching peaks July–October; Namaqualand wildflowers are best August–September. Book 6–12 months ahead (up to 18 months for peak or exclusive lodges) to secure preferred camps, inter-camp flights, and connecting international schedules.

How long does it take to plan and confirm a tailor-made trip?

You’ll usually receive a first proposal within one working day after sharing preferences. Iterations follow quickly as we refine routing and properties. Confirmations typically finalize within a few days, subject to lodge availability and flight inventory, especially during peak safari seasons.
