Situated along the Sabie River — a true Kruger-edge waterway — the course often sees hippos, crocs and prolific birdlife in full view of the fairways. Wide fairways meander through indigenous riverine vegetation, with elevated tees overlooking water channels and reed-lined hazard zones. Layout and Signature Holes

Water is ever-present, especially on the first nine — with the river visually and strategically integrated rather than artificially staged. Winter (May–August) is dry, mild and ideal for safari-pairing — with crisp golden light and firm surfaces. Summer (November–March) is lush, humid and intensely alive — dramatic cloud build-up, green fairways and rich wildlife movement — best experienced with early morning tee times before the midday heat.
