In South Africa the difference in price, between three and four star properties is small and we feel that the insignificant difference in price, does not justify the use of three star properties in our tours.
The exception to this, is the camps in the National Parks. The self drive South African tour itineraries offered by African Sky, takes care of all accommodation, activity, flight and car rental bookings. You will be met at the airport by a representative of African Sky, who will discuss the route with you and will answer any questions you might have.
The South African day tours we offer depart from either Cape Town, or alternatively from Johannesburg or Pretoria. Guests are met at any location of their choice in the departure city of the day tour and are returned there upon completion of the tour. These South African tours are private and can be booked to depart for any date required by your traveling party.

The guided South Africa tours, are our most popular packages. Some safari elements are almost always included in these itineraries. If you book one of these services, you can be confident of enjoying a well organized tour of the highlights of South Africa. These tours are more costly than a self drive experience, but include all entrance fees, as well as breakfast and dinner. In my experience clients have a much better holiday in South Africa, if they can just relax and enjoy a tour led by one of the experienced tour guides, employed by African Sky.
