Accommodation at Shimuwini Bushveld Camp
Shimuwini Bushveld Camp has 15 cottages that can accommodate up to 71 guests.
There are 5 cottages consisting out of 2 bedrooms, overhead fan, kitchenette on the veranda and bathroom.

Shimuwini Camp also has 9 two-bedded family cottages can sleep 5, overhead fans and en-suite bathroom. Alternatively there's a one 3-bedroom cottage. The one bedroom has two single beds, an overhead fan and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a toilet. The cottage also has an outside shower, living room and kitchen.  

The dining room is on the veranda and includes a refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.Guests can also make use of the the lapa and outside braai facilities.
There are no electricity plug points the cottages.

Activities at Shimuwini Bushveld Camp
Some of the facilities that are available at Shimuwini Bushveld Camp are Public Telephones, Basic First Aid Assistance and Mini Shop.The Bird Hide provides an excellent opportunity to observe the variety of bird species in this spectacular region such as the Red winged Pratincole, African Spoonbill, Egrets, Kingfishers and African Fish Eagles.

Lions, Hippopotamus, Crocodiles Cheetahs, Leopards, Hyena, Giraffes, Kudus, Impalas, Wildebeests, Sables, Roans, Elands, Tsessebe's, Waterbucks, and Buffalo are indigenous to the area.Shimuwini Bushveld Camp has exclusive night game drives, guided bushwalks with trained field experts, and the opportunity for guests to track Elephants, Rhino's and Lions on foot.

The bush walk tours can accommodate up to 8 guests per group and the trained field expert has a rifle for safety.The duration of the evening game drive is between 3-4 hours.
