Sun City and Pilanesberg Tour - 5 Days (Code T19) |

Day 1: Sun City
Guests are met at any location of their choice in Johannesburg. From here the tour makes its way past the Hartebeestpoort dam set beneath the protection of the Magaliesberg Mountains en- route to Sun City, the largest resort casino complex on the African Continent. The resort boasts four magnificent hotels and a multitude of entertainment options, from water sports and the magnificent valley of the waves water park to cabaret shows and lively disco's and casino's. It truly lives up to its reputation as Africa's Kingdom of Pleasure. The Gary Player Golf course, made famous by the annual two million dollar golf challenge as well the Lost City course with its unique water hazards are sure to both delight and challenge golfers.

Day 2: Sun City
The day is spent at leisure enjoying the many entertainment activities available at the Sun City Resort. The Valley of the Waves offers some fun experiences from the Temple of Courage where swimmers drop a heart-stopping 17 meters (57 feet) down a 70-meter (233 feet) chute, hurtle under a bridge and splash into a small pool at the foot of the slide to the Lazy River is a gentle tube ride that flows endlessly round a kidney-shaped island.

Day 3: Pilanesberg
Guests are transferred to Bakubung Lodge which is located in the Pilanesberg National Park. The reserve is situated a stone's throw from the Sun City Resort and encompasses an area of 55 000 hectares of unique geology which includes the eroded remains of a long extinct volcanic crater. The reserve is home to an abundance of wildlife not least being the Big Five. An afternoon game drive is interpretive in nature and the knowledge of the guide is sure to enhance the experience with unique insight into the habits and behavior of the different species which grace this area. |

Day 4: Pilanesberg
The day is devoted to an early morning and late afternoon game drive in the area that was first settled by the followers of Phalane , a Tswana chief in the 18th century. The park is characterized by broken hills and range from sparsely vegetated areas to thickly wooded water courses. The plains game species which are likely to be seen include Zebra, Kudu, Waterbuck, Eland , Blue Wildebeest , Red Hartebeest Kudu and Impala to name but a few. A highlight would certainly be the sighting of one of the Big Five in close proximity or the graceful Cheetah which also occur in the area.

Day 5: Greater Kruger National Park
The morning will be spent at leisure after which guests will be met and transferred to any location in Johannesburg or Pretoria after a memorable time.
