


The standard safaris offered by African Sky in South Africa are safaris to the national parks of the country led by an experienced African Sky guide. These safaris are private and are conducted solely for the party reserving the safari. The Kruger National Park features in many of these itineraries and packages.
It is a very informative way of enjoying a safari in South Africa. The guides we employ are sure to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the natural world. They are expert in matters relating to the national parks of South Africa as well as the habits and behavior of the various large mammal species protected in these parks.
We can tailor-make a safari in South Africa to include the number of days you wish to spend on safari in combination with the national parks you are interested in visiting. Since 1998 African Sky has hosted a great number of international clients on private safari holidays in South Africa.
Accommodation included is in camps owned and operated by the South African National Parks board. Though definitely not luxurious, the rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned and always have en suite bathrooms.
These safaris are private and are led by guides employed by African Sky. Our guides are often much more knowledgeable than the rangers who lead safaris at private game reserves. You are sure to find them great hosts.
Only the fifteen day national park safari includes regional flights. All of the other standard safari itineraries are private overland safaris. Clients will mostly travel in vehicles owned and operated by African Sky.
Meals are enjoyed in the restaurants found in the national park camps. Not fine dining, but good hearty food that will fuel your body for the safari experience. A variety of choices are normally available.
