The Island lies just of the coast of Mozambique in the waters of the warm indian Ocean. It is a marine paradise with a number of coral reefs and an abundance of tropical fish and other marine life. Guests spend four nights on the Island on a full board basis. |

African Safari Itinerary |
|

Day 1: Benguerua Island-Mozambique
Guests are met at any location of their choice in Johannesburg or Pretoria and are transferred O.R. Tambo International for a flight to Vilanculos. Guests are met at Vilanculos airport from where they are transferred to the harbor for a 30 minute boat trip to Marlin Lodge. The Lodge is set on Benguerua Island in the sparkling waters of the Indian Ocean. The Island lies 14km off the coast of Mozambique. It is approximately 11km long and 5.5 km wide. A more tropical and exclusive retreat can hardly be imagined. The late afternoon is spent at leisure. |

Day 2: Benguerua Island - Mozambique
The waters around the Island are home to two thousand fish species and over a hundred coral species. From sand dunes to freshwater lakes and acacia woodlands, Benguerua Island is a diverse ecological gem. While nature’s finest marine-life swim veiled below the surface of opaque waters, upward the skies are alighted by beautiful bird life. Marlin Lodge is settled in this peaceful paradise. The day is spent at leisure. |

Day 3: Benguerua Island - Mozambique
The day is spent at leisure. Scuba and snorkeling and various water sports are available for your enjoyment. For the adventurous slip across translucent shallows on a sailboard, or fly a haul on one of Marlin's catamarans. |

Day 4: Benguerua Island - Mozambique
The day is spent at leisure. A freshwater pool is set in a glade of Coconut and Ilala palms. One can laze around soaking up the rays of the African sun. Upon occasion lunch is served here which creates an original African Island setting. |

| Breakfast is followed by a boat trip to Vilanculos and from there a flight to Johannesburg where guests are met and transferred to any location of their choice after a memorable luxury Mozambican Safari. |
