The Three Day Greater Kruger Safari is a luxury safari experience at Lion Sands River Lodge, which is located in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. The Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park.

At Lion Sands two game drives are included on open 4X4 vehicles daily. The Game drives are conducted by an experienced ranger and tracker. Meals are included on a full board basis.

Detailed Safari Itinerary Day 1: Greater Kruger National Park Safari Guests are met upon arrival at O.R. Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg) or at any other location of their choice in either Johannesburg or Pretoria. From here they are transferred to their flight bound for the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. The reserve is home to most of South Africa's finest luxury game lodges and forms part of the world renowned Greater Kruger National Park. The afternoon is devoted to a first open 4X4 Kruger safari in this magnificent wilderness area. In addition to the legendary Big Five the area is also home to a large diversity of other mammal plant and bird species.

Day 2: Greater Kruger National Park Safari The day is devoted to two open 4X4 safaris in search of Africa's legendary Big Five. The safaris are led by an experienced ranger whose intimate knowledge of the habits and behavior of the different animals is sure to add to the enjoyment of the experience. A bush walk is also conducted during the day giving guests the opportunity to experience on foot, the wonders of the African wilderness.

Day 3: Departure
A last morning game drive is followed by breakfast, after which guests are transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Johannesburg. Guests are met upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport from where they are transferred to any location of their choice in either Johannesburg or Pretoria after a memorable luxury kruger park safari.
