Kruger Park Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Sabi Sand - Nkorho Lodge Guests are met at any location of their choice in Johannesburg from where they are transferred to the airport for a flight to Nkorho Lodge in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. Nkorho is located in the Northern Part of this Big Five Game Reserve and has an official rating of four stars. The afternoon is devoted to a first game drive accompanied by a Nkorho Ranger in search of the Big Five and the other mammals which grace the African Savannah.

Day 2: Sabi Sand - Nkorho Lodge The day is devoted to early morning and late afternoon open 4X4 safaris in search of Africa's legendary Big Five. The safaris are led by an experienced ranger whose intimate knowledge of the habits and behavior of the different animals is sure to add to the enjoyment of the experience. A bush walk is also conducted during the day, giving guests the opportunity to experience on foot, the wonders of the African wilderness.

Day 3: Sabi Sand - Nkorho Lodge The members of the Big Five namely lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and leopard are not only amongst the fiercest and most dangerous animals found on the continent but also the most graceful and interesting. A day devoted to two open 4X4 safaris and a bush walk is sure to lead to sightings of some of these magnificent creatures with the insights of the ranger into their behavior and habits sure to enhance the experience. The signs left by the passing of animals great and small are interpreted and it sheds some light on the tapestry of life which exists in this ecosystem.

Day 4: Departure A last morning game drive at Nkorho Bush Lodge is followed by breakfast after which guests are transferred to a local airstrip for a flight to Johannesburg. Guests are met upon arrival at Johannesburg Airport and are transferred to any location of their choice in either Johannesburg or Pretoria.
