The Three day Private Lodge Safari is a Kruger National Park Safari experience which starts and ends in Johannesburg. It is a fly in safari with two open 4X4 game drives conducted daily at Arathusa Safari Lodge. Meals are included on a full board basis.
Arathusa is located in a prime big five game viewing area in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. |

Kruger National Park Safari Itinerary |

Day 1: Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve - Arathusa
Guests are met at any location of their choice in Johannesburg from where they are transferred to the airport for a flight to Hoedspruit. Guests are met at Hoedspruit airport from where they are transferred to Arathusa Safari Lodge set in the North Western Corner of the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. The Sabi Sand forms part of the greater Kruger National Park and is generally regarded as the finest Big Five Safari area in South Africa. The late afternoon is devoted to a first game drive. The game drive is conducted on open 4X4 vehicles and is accompanied by experienced local rangers and trackers. |

Day 2: Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve - Arathusa
An early morning and late afternoon game drive is the highlights of this day. The game drives are conducted on about 4000 hectares of prime Big Five land. The game drives are interpretive in nature with your ranger highlighting the behavior and habitat preferences of the various mammal species. The opportunity to view the Big Five in close proximity to the game drive vehicle is sure to add some excitement to the experience. The Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino and Leopard are the most majestic and awe inspiring mammals which are found in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve |

Day 3: Departure
A last morning game drive is followed by a late breakfast in the African Wilderness. Guests are then transferred to Hoedspruit Airport for a flight to Johannesburg where they are met and transferred to any location of their choice in either Johannesburg or Pretoria. |
