Detailed Honeymoon Itinerary
Day 1-4: Sabi Sand
Guests are met upon arrival at Johannesburg International (O.R. Tambo) where they will be assisted with their transfer onto a flight bound for the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve. The Honeymooners will be met and transferred to their Lion Sands Ivory Lodge where you will be accommodated in an ultra luxurious suite with an en-suite bathroom, private lounge and plunge pool. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views over the Sabie River, a setting where game viewing can be done from the luxury of one's private suite. Two game drives and a game walk are included daily, and are conducted by experienced resident rangers and trackers. Guests spend four nights at Lion Sands Ivory Lodge on a full board basis. |

Day 5: Johannesburg
A last morning game drive is followed by breakfast after which guest fly to Johannesburg from a local air strip. Guests are met upon arrival in Johannesburg and are transferred to the Michelangelo Hotel. Guests have a choice of two top quality in-house restaurants or they can venture out into the square where there are sidewalk cafes, fine dining and some 93 exclusive shops.

Day 6-8: Livingstone
Breakfast is followed by a transfer to O.R. Tambo and from there a flight to Livingstone. Guests are met upon arrival at Livingstone Airport and are transferred to their hotel which is located on the banks of the Zambezi River.
From the forested banks of the Zambezi River in front of the Hotel, honeymooners may admire the fine spray of the Victoria Falls, which rises like a cloud across the bushveld, throwing rainbows hundreds of feet in the air. The Hotel is a serene and gracious refuge from the heat of the African sun and will immerse you in the romance and style of a bygone era. Meals can be had indoors under softly lit chandeliers, or on the veranda where the cool river breeze gently stirs the night air. Special dinners can be arranged for the honeymooners under the star-studded skies. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast or ‘alfresco’ lunches on the veranda overlooking the rolling lawns and the Zambezi River.
During the afternoon we visit the the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, a World Heritage Site overlooking the mighty Victoria Falls. Guests spend three nights at the Royal Livingstone. |

Day 9-11: Chobe
After three nights of colonial luxury, the honeymoon couple will enjoy a breakfast then be driven to the Chobe National Park in Botswana. They will be booked in to Chobe Chilwero an enchanting place with gorgeous, breathtaking vistas as a backdrop.
Here the Guests will come face-to-face with the abundant creatures of the bush, and some of the most spectacular sunsets Mother Nature bestows. Three nights are spent at Chobe Chilwero Lodge. Guests will experience two Chobe National Park Safaris each day. These will alternate between open 4X4 safaris in the National Park and water based game viewing from the Chobe River. The safaris are led by skilled local rangers and trackers. |

Day 12-15: Okavango Delta
After breakfast honeymooners fly from a local airstrip to the Eagle Island Camp set in the heart of the Okavango Delta.
The Eagle Island Camp is in a little piece of paradise secluded and hidden from the world. It is situated on the island of Xaxaba and surrounded by Illala Palms, the camp overlooks a surrounding lagoon fed by the tranquil waterways of the delta. Here honeymooners will enjoy, exceptionally high quality wildlife viewing with prolific bird life and mammal sightings. It is also the site of one of the most romantic bars in the world, the Fish Eagle Bar where game viewing can be enjoyed while dining. The camp offers a cool retreat from the African sun and is shaded by a canopy of indigenous trees.
Guests spend three nights at Eagle Island Camp on a full board basis. Two game activities are conducted daily by experienced rangers and trackers. These alternate between land based and water based game viewing. |

Day 16: Departure
A last morning game activity is followed by breakfast after which guests board a light charter to Maun and from there an onward flight to Johannesburg. Guests are met upon arrival at O.R. Tambo International in Johannesburg. From here guests are transferred to any location of their choice in either Johannesburg or Pretoria or are assisted with check in to a flight back to their country of origin after a memorable African Honeymoon Safari. |
