Detailed Honeymoon Itinerary
Day 1-4: Camps Bay
Guests are met upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport by an African Sky Safaris and Tours Guide who presents them with a special honeymoon hamper. A little something to make your honeymoon in South Africa a special experience. Guests are then transferred to Camps Bay set on the shores of the Atlantic. Camps Bay is one of the most prestigious areas of Cape Town and is a favorite among those wishing to spend some time at a Cape Town beach. Guests spend four nights at Atholl House on a bed and breakfast basis. Atholl House is within walking distance of the beach and the entertainment areas available in Camps Bay. |

Day 5-7: Hermanus
Guests are met after breakfast from where a scenic coastal drive leads to the heart of South Africa's Overberg region and the coastal town of Hermanus. From June to November Hermanus is the best place in the world from which to do land based whale watching. The area however has much to offer throughout the year.
En route to Hermanus we make a few short stops to admire the natural beauty with which the area is blessed.
Guests spend three nights at the Hermanus Beach Villa with breakfast included daily. This Luxury Guest House is close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. All rooms offer breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.

Day 8-9: Cape Winelands
Breakfast is followed by a drive through South Africa's apple producing region en route to the Cape Winelands and the town of Franschhoek. Along the way we travel along the shore of the Theewaterskloof dam before crossing over the impressive Franschhoek Pass to reach the town which bears the same name. Franschhoek is revered to be the food and wine capital of South Africa.
The guest farm where guests will spend the next two nights is situated a few minutes from the town center and offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The stay at Dieu Donne includes both breakfast and dinner. |

Day 10: Departure
A last morning spent in the Drakenstein Valley is followed by a transfer to Cape Town International where this South African Honeymoon in the Western Cape ends. Memories of three remarkably different areas , fine hotels and guest houses and settings which can only be described as breathtaking are sure to last a lifetime. |
