Detailed Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Balito
Guests are met at Durban International Airport and transferred to Balito a cozy little seaside village on the KZN North Coast. Guests will be accommodated in the luxury retreat of the Boat House Lodge where guests can take a front seat in watching nature at play. This is a popular area for spotting the Bottle-nose dolphin feeding along the Dolphin Coast.

Day 2-5: Balito
Three days are spent enjoying the attractions of this idyllic little resort. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast overlooking Salmon Bay before setting out for an activity-filled day at one of the nearby golf courses or just soaking up the sun next to the swimming pool. Use the direct access to the beach for lengthy strolls along the Dolphin Coast line, or simply watch the tide come in while sipping a sundowner from the bar at The Boathouse Guest House. Abundant patio areas at The Boathouse Guest House offer a superb view of Salmon Bay and dolphins playing in the waves.

Day 6-8: Hluhluwe
After breakfast guests are transferred through the lush KZN area to Hluhluwe Game Reserve set in the heart of Zululand. Guests are booked into the Hilltop Camp,situated on the summit of a forested hill offering fine views of the surrounding countryside. Guests can experience close encounters with Africa's wildlife including the Big 5. Two safari drives and a guided walk are offered daily. Hlaza Hide has been developed at the site of the old summerhouse in Hilltop Camp and it incorporates a waterhole with soft lighting at night to aid game viewing. Hilltop is equipped with a world-class restaurant and a curio shop.

Guests can enjoy game viewing, bird watching, the spiritual upliftment of a wilderness trail or just a walk in the bush to make this a memorable African adventure.

Day 8-11: Saint Lucia
Guests are treated to a sumptuous breakfast then transferred to Saint Lucia a jewel of wilderness that has remained untouched by commercialism. Guests are booked into the exclusive Zulani Guest House. Zulani is set apart from the larger establishments by the personal hospitality enjoyed at the hands of the owners. Guests will be pampered and attention is given to your individual needs creating a home-like atmosphere that is relaxing and stylish, with a very personal feel. Guided estuary cruises provide wonderful sightings of hippo, crocodiles and a prolific birdlife, a visit to the crocodile centre, bird watching - over 400 species of birds recorded, seasonal Whale watching and seasonal Turtle watching are all on the agenda at Zulani Guest Lodge.

The days can be ended by taking a short stroll into the little village of St Lucia to enjoy a meal at one of the quaint little restaurants.

Day 12: Departure After a lovely breakfast and a friendly farewell from the owners guests are transferred to Durban International Airport for their flight to O.R. Tambo International Johannesburg.
