Etosha National Park is Namibia’s premier wildlife destination. The Park has fabulous sightings of animals like the Gemsbok, Lion, and Black and White Rhinos. The Park is also one of the few National Parks where both the Black and White Rhino can be seen. In the southern section of the Etosha National Park is a reserve called Ongava Game Reserve, and Ongava Lodge is a luxury Etosha Game Lodge situated in this reserve.
Fourteen en-suite chalets, made of rock and with thatched roofs, are the accommodation provided for the guests of the Ongava Lodge. Take a bath in style, with views over the African wilderness, or take in the breath taking views of the Ongava Game Reserve from the chalet's private deck.
The campgrounds are situated close to the top of a hill, providing spectacular views. Guests can take in these views from the lounge, dining and pub areas. Sumptuous dinners are served either in the main dining area, under thatch and with magnificent views over the waterhole, or under the stars on the wooden deck. In the Okaukuejo area of the Etosha National Park, guests’ enjoy daily 4 x 4 game drives or guided walks which are provided in the Ongava Game Reserve. Guests can also visit the hides, from which the rich bird life in the area can be enjoyed..
