In the Mudumu National Park in Namibia, is a wilderness lodge called Lianshulu Lodge. The lodge is situated in the eastern part of the Caprivi Strip and overlooks the Kwando River. This Namibian Safari Lodge is shaded by giant Jackal berry and Mangosteen trees, and with dry Mopane woodlands and Kwando wetland system as the ecosystem, the lodge offers a true wilderness experience. The lodge also has the mighty Zambezi River to the east and the Okavango River to the west. Due to the diversity of ecosystems and rivers, the area attracts an abundance of wildlife and bird species.
Lianshulu Namibian Safari Lodge has one family room for those who want to share their African experience with their family. Alternatively the lodge has room for eighteen more guests in nine twin rooms. All rooms are individually and tastefully decorated, with en-suite facilities and a verandah overlooking the wilderness wonderland.
Offering sweeping views of the Kwando River and the floodplain's which surround it, the thatched lounge, dining- and bar areas are an ideal place to unwind and appreciate nature. At night guests can sit quietly in front of the fireplace, listening to the nightlife echoing in the background. A curio shop and swimming pool are also provided. Guided walks and open 4 x 4 nature drives are conducted daily. Enjoy bird watching, a boat cruise or a sunset cruise on the Kwando River.
