Impodimo Lodge is found in the Madikwe Game Reserve. The Reserve is situated in the Kalahari sandveld and the northern bushveld, hosting both ecosystems.  Due to the diversity of vegetation and eco zones, a wide variety of game and bird life can be encountered at Madikwe.  Groot Marico is the only river running through the reserve, but a lot of dams and pans provide water to thirsty animals all year round.  Impodimo Game Lodge is one of the lodges found in this malaria-free Game Reserve.

At Impodimo Game Lodge eight glass fronted luxury chalets provide accommodation to sixteen guests.  The chalets at this lodge are air-conditioned and, for the cold winter nights, a fireplace can be stoked in each suite.  Inside and outside showers are installed at suites.  Guests can do game viewing while enjoying a refreshing shower.  Each suite has its own private deck, where guests can laze around should they wish.

Experience nature from the sparkling pool, with spectacular views of the area, or relax on the elevated sundeck surrounding the pool.  A library at the lodge gives guests the opportunity to unwind with their favourite book.  Guests can browse around in the curio shop and maybe buy a souvenir.  A specially prepared dinner is served in the boma, under the star studded African Sky, with a blazing campfire creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

Rise early in the morning for a spectacular African sunrise, and then join qualified game rangers on a safari drive trough the African bush in search of the Big Five. Or take an informative safari walk and learn about tracking animals and other interesting things about the bush. In the evenings there is always a special sun downer safari, where visitors can enjoy the bush with a drink in hand, as the sun sets over this remote wilderness area. Enjoy a night drive, after sundown, with a spotlight to observe all the nocturnal animal life.
