There is only one place in the world where four countries meet, and Impalila Island Lodge is found at this joining place. The four countries are Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia. The Island is located at a place where the Chobe River joins the mighty Zambezi. A diversity of vegetation and wildlife, waterways, floodplain's and bushveld are characteristics of the area, and guests are assured of magnificent sightings.

Impalila Island Lodge consists of 16 luxury suites. The suites at this Namibia Safari Lodge consist of log cabins, raised from the ground on stilts. Each en-suite room is individually decorated, with crisp white linen and African sculptures. Fantastic views of the river and bushveld can be enjoyed from the suites private balcony.

The lounge area has a large wooden deck, built around a baobab tree, where guests can sit in the shade and enjoy the sounds and sights of Africa. The area also has a swimming pool that comes in handy on hot summer’s days. Delicious cuisine is served at Impalila Island Lodge, in either the privacy of your own suite, the dining room, under the baobab tree, at the water’s edge or even on another island.
