Djuma Vuyatela Lodge is located in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. The two reserves have no fence between them, ensuring that the abundance of game roam free over a very large area. Part of this world renowned Game Reserve is Djuma Game Reserve. Djuma means ‘roar of the lion’ in Shangaan. Vuyatela, meaning ‘come and visit again’, has eight luxury en-suite chalets with a private deck, pool and a separate sitting room. The chalets also have an outdoor shower to experience nature while taking a shower. Djuma Vuyatela’s main lodge has a bar overlooking a watering hole, as well as a large deck offering guests a game viewing experience, while relaxing. The lodge also has an indigenous aquarium and a suspended bird-watching tower for bird lovers. Djuma Vuyatela Lodge also has a gym and relaxation room as well as a library. Dinner is either served in the dining room or the boma, in front of a log-fire, and consists of a wide variety of taste choices based on various local and European cultures.
