The Chobe Marina Lodge is part of the leading hotel group, Three Cities and is an ideal location from which to enjoy a Chobe safari. The lodge is located on the border of the prestigious Chobe National Park in Botswana. The Chobe National Park is famous for its high density of elephants, the highest in the world. In the eastern section of Botswana, this lodge is right where four African countries come together, namely Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Namibia, and the lodge is close to other famous natural landmarks, like the Victoria Falls which can be enjoyed in addition to a Chobe Safari.
All sixty-six rooms are river facing, providing a calm atmosphere. Modern amenities in each room include air-conditioning, satellite television, and mini bars. Families are accommodated in two or three bedroom units. The units have a choice of king or twin beds and two bathrooms.
Enjoy a delicious braai (barbeque) next to the pool or be entertained by traditional dancers, rock bands and jazz music. Visit the Kasane village market and pick up a few souvenirs to remind you of this magnificent experience. The lodge conducts a boat cruise on the Chobe River in search of elephant, lion and other wildlife species. A fishing trip can also be arranged for guests, wishing to incorporate this as part of their Chobe Safari, as well as numerous other activities like scenic flights, Victoria Falls day trips or a round of golf, to name a few.
