 The Three Day Cape Town Tour is a short guided tour of some of the highlights of Cape Town. The tour is private and can start on any dated specified by clients. Guests are met at the airport or any other location of their choice in Cape Town.
The three day Cape Town Tour includes visits to Table Mountain, the town of Franschhoek in the Cape Winelands and the Langa Township. The tour is conducted by an experienced African Sky Guide. Accommodation consists of a four star hotel which is centrally located.

Cape Town Tour Itinerary |

Day 1: Cape Town
Guests are met upon arrival at Cape Town International from the Airport a short drive leads to Table Mountain where we embark on a cable car ride to the top of the mountain. Table Mountain has come to be synonymous with Cape Town and is one of the world’s most recognizable landmarks. Standing 1086m tall, the summit of the Mountain offers guests unsurpassed views of the city of Cape Town, Robben Island and the peninsula. Unique species of Fynbos are on display and the Table Mountain national park is home to quite a few mammal species. After the descent from Table Mountain some time is devoted exploring South Africa's oldest city as we visit some notable landmarks and historic sights including the Castle and the Rhodes memorial.

Day 2: Cape Town
Situated in one of the most picturesque valleys of the Cape, the town of Franschhoek owes its existence to the first French settlers who worked the Drakenstein Valley. Some time is devoted to exploring the town and its memorial to the French Huguenots, set in a lovely garden before visiting three of the fine wine estates in the Valley, renowned internationally for the exceptional quality of wines these fertile soils produce. All the noble cultivars and classic styles are on show here. From superb whites such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon and Chenin Blanc to the rich reds of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Merlot. During the late afternoon the tour makes its way back to Cape Town.

Day 3: Departure
The tour travels to Langa, one of the oldest townships in the Cape. On a walk trough Langa, you will meet some of the locals, visit the markets, stop at a crèche and even visit a local “Sangoma” traditional healer. A visit is also made to a local Shebeen, after which we experience life in Langa as we visit one of the shacks which the locals call home. The focus of the Langa township tour is to offer guests a first hand experience of life in one of South Africa’s townships. Your experienced guide will explain the culture and social structures which are prevalent on the Cape Flats and will provide a unique insight into the history and economic aspirations of the area and its inhabitants.
Following the Cape Township Tour guests are transferred to Cape Town Intenational or alternatively are dropped of at any location of their choice in Cape Town. |
