Located in the town of Tzaneen in the Northern Province of South Africa is the Coach House Hotel. The Hotel is the only hotel in this province that has a 5-star grading. The Coach House Hotel nestles atop a spur looking over the lush Letsitele valley and the dramatic splendor of the Drakensberg Mountains. For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy an explosion of tastes from locally sourced ingredients in the Zeederberg Restaurant. The Broken Anvil is the Coach House’s own wine cellar that boasts with a wide range of local and imported wines. For a pre-dinner cocktail, the John Buchan Bar is just the place to be with spectacular views from their verandah. Surrender yourself into total tranquility in the Agatha Spa, where guests also have unlimited access to steam rooms, gymnasium and heated pool. You may also explore the amazing gardens with indigenous and exotic plants and trees, or go for a nature hike along one of the many walking paths. Everyone is welcome to take a picnic basket along to enjoy at one of the many secluded spots along the way. A wonderful nougat kitchen, selling numerous handmade nougat products, biscuits and brittle, are situated at Coach House.
